SpringHill Suites by Marriott Avon Vail Valley

It was very nice place. The rooms were very clean and well put together. Also, the receptionists were very nice. The food is very good and there were many options at the breakfast buffet. The only slight issue I had was that the bathroom doors didn’t have a lock. I think it would be nice to add one so no accidents occur. Otherwise, thank you for the wonderful service, rooms and experience.

Large cozy fire pit and roomy, clean extra hot jacuzzi! The front desk staff, Sadie and Ruby were wonderful along with Jeffrey at the bar— the others could use some customer friendliness. There’s a gas station next door for basic items. Rooms are standard Springhill which is great for consistency. As well as the continental breakfast is standard to Marriotts. The gym was fully equipped. Shuttle service is also helpful to certain areas. Some improvements could be made, the gym was not spotless and there were no wipes for equipment. The laundry is a pain— registration on an app is required and has a minimum of $10 or quarters only, each load is $2.50 . Other downsides: not near anything, no restaurant options and food delivery has mountain resort premiums. The snack/limited menu at the restaurant was unavailable. I would stay again for a competitive price otherwise I’d recommend somewhere with walkability.

The staff was super friendly and took good care of us. The room was clean and mostly maintained. Two of the three blinds in our room did not open but not a huge deal since we were not there to stay in the room (320 if management wants to know). There were two issues that made it a little more difficult for us. First, the nightstand on the side closest to the A/C did not have any easily accessible outlets. Thankfully my daughter was able to crawl on the floor for me. Second, the beds are on the floor. Way too low for disabled persons to be able to easily get in and out of bed and this was a disabled persons room. Outside of those issues, it was a good stay.

We stayed for 5 nights at the end of July and had a fantastic experience at this brand-new hotel. Honestly, I don’t understand why this place only has 4-star reviews—everything was perfect! The prices were very convenient, and the value for what you get is incredible. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable. Check-in was smooth and easy. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with a great vibe. The bar area was really cool, and the outdoor space with the fireplace, games, pool, and hot tub was super cozy—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The included breakfast was a great bonus, and the staff were all professional, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely come back—highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites in Avon, Colorado, and felt incredibly well taken care of from start to finish. We want to give a special shout-out to Johnny at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Johnny was kind, attentive, and truly committed to helping us with everything we needed. No matter what the issue or request was, he handled it with a smile and did his absolute best to solve it quickly. He exceeded our expectations in every way — honestly, he’s the best ever! The property feels practically new, everything looks modern, elegant, and very well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby had a polished, upscale feel. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were a huge highlight, being able to relax in warm water while taking in the mountain views was honestly one of the best parts of the stay. The staff at the front desk was consistently friendly and welcoming. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, and they were kind enough to allow an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The check-out process was also very straightforward and smooth. Breakfast was decent overall, nothing extraordinary, but it did the job and was convenient to have included. That said, there were a couple of small things that stood out. One moment felt a bit awkward when I tried to get water from the beverage area outside breakfast hours and was told to get water from my room bathroom instead. It was a little surprising, especially in a hotel at this price point. Also, for a stay that costs around $450 per night, I expected the breakfast setup to feel a bit more elevated. Being served food on disposable paper plates didn’t really match the otherwise upscale feel of the hotel. Aside from those details, the property is beautiful, comfortable, and well run, and overall it was still a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Avon Vail Valley! The location is perfect with stunning views of the valley. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved that they offer Tesla charging stations. The on-site bar is great for drinks or a light dinner. The warm swimming pool and relaxing jacuzzi made our stay even better. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Vail Valley!

We had a great stay here. Love the location and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was also friendly. Our room was great with good amenities. There is a parking fee for some reason which was surprising. The breakfast could include some vegetarian/vegan friendly options to accommodate all guests.
